Brazos Valley Reptiles Pueblan Milk Snakes Page

Pueblan Milk Snakes make a good beginners snake, but not quite as good as the Corn Snake nor the Californai King Snake does. They are quite easy to handle although the babies have a tendency to be a bit nippy until they get used to be handled. They grow to be between four and five feet long. They are inexpensive but do cost more than the Corn Snake or the California King Snakes cost. As with the Corn snakes and the California King Snakes they don’t require a lot of special care, housing, lighting, or heating requirements. They come in several different color morphs. See each of the links below for the specific color morph of that type of Pueblan Milk Snake.

The Pueblan Milk Snake is not venomous, "Red on Black,or Red touches Black, Venom lack".
